
George Corsan was an accomplished swimmer, and in the early 1900s became renowned as an innovator in techniques for swimming instruction and lifesaving widely used throughout North America. Corsan was an early advocate of vegetarianism and healthy eating and he established a unique nut tree farm where Echo Valley Park.
